Could not check in an hour early. Staff did let me use computers while I waited. Room and showers were clean and warm. Close to metro stops, so it makes up for poor location. Breakfast was a euro, but I didn't partake (looked like toast). Not a great place to meet people due to the common areas closing at 10pm. Overall, great hostel!!

Very sweet, helpful and friendly staff! The common areas were cosy and clean. I liked the neighborhood with fun shopping, nice bars and restaurants. Close to everything. Easy getting around w public transport. I had a great time and felt very well taken care of! Will be back soon. thanks! Lotta from Sweden

Very nice clean hostel. Staff was very friendly. You can watch DVDs in their cosy launge or cook in the sweet kitchen. Fells like home. I would always come back here.

A nice, clean hostel. Use of a full kitchen is included. Very close to the subway. Would definitely stay there again!

The staff at this hostel was amazing! They were really kind and very helpful when asked how to find things in town. The hostel is located about 5 subway stops from the center of town, but we didn't find it to be a problem. The rooms were a little industrial feeling but they were definitely clean. We would stay there again!

Friendly staff and rooms were clean and had enough space, warm etc. Location was quite dull but fine if you are prepared to go on the U Barn everywhere and convenient for the airport (Shoenfeld). Pretty good value for money. I don't know how easy it would be to meet people here if you were a solo traveller though, although there was a nice lounge and well stocked fridge selling cheap beers!

Spotless & modern, located near to a good railway station, a comfortable & secure place to stay. Lots of eateries 5 blocks up the road. Easy to cycle into the heart of Berlin. Helpful staff, a good place overall.

The staff was very helfull, when we had questions about places to eat, where to go and so forth. Security was very good. Nothing to complain about.
