The staff are very helpful, but they are so unorganized. Some of them (staff) seems to be there just for sake of being there.
I say, there are better deals in the areas.

by far the most discusting place I have EVER stayed in! bed bugs, no lights in the loo, dirty sheets, discusting bathrooms! I dont care how cheap it is its just not worth it!!!

This is the Place to ba in San Francisco. very nice staff, and many services for us, such as free internet, free breakfast, free thsnksgiving meal. Bikes rental very cheap and hight quality. very nice City as that packpackers. Actually the place to go if you don t want to stay in a hotel and if you want to have fun and meet nice people.
