Good location. Calm place, close to metro, bars, restaurants and City district. Great for nightlife. Single room for a reasonable price. Bathroom was a bit dirty, specially the bath tube. The staff was helpful, but too busy all the time. Nobody at reception at night.

This hostel was very clean! It felt like it was in the midst of a very ghetto part of London though. Everything was great, until at about midnight, a homeless man was making a huge disturbance in the shared kitchen. I don't know how he got into the hostel, but it was kind of scary. The staff was helpful for the most part - they helped me with train times and such.

Waaay better than being in a dorm, you get your own room for a similar price, clean and efficient, great location. Especially good if you've come off a long haul flight and need a good sleep and your own space to sort out your luggage etc.

i had been told by westminister university staff that internet connection was free if I was going to stay more than 7 night but eventually it was 10 pounds. Fair enough, but I was given wrong information anyways. thanks

If you just want to sleep here, cant beat the price. Seedy locality.

1.need to replace of water spray tube of bath room because it had brocken. 2.in bath room ,the space of water protective cloth to wall too narrow

One bathroom was not working. The other one had stuff people had left there, and had no trash can.

It was a good stay, the halls met my needs.
