Good factors first: Cheap!, good location being only a 10 min walk to Westminster Abbey and Buckingham, friendly staff who let us check in very early, clean, room is serviced daily. Now, if you are looking for luxury, beware: Being American, I do not know what the typical London university dorm looks like, however American dorm rooms definitely have higher standards. the sheets in one of the beds (room 419) had traces of sex activity before. Very noisy floor. Otherwise, good for location.
