The noise of fellow travellers or people residing in the Hostel is appauling. I was extremely disappointed.

This was one of the worst hostels I have ever stayed in, it was dirty, and had no cleaning of the room, it was noisy, the shared bathrooms were filthy, urine on the floors and broken toilets. The staff were awful, very rude and antagonistic, the room was nasty, there were three bunk beds so poorly constructed that the lower two did not allow for any leg movement. The breakfast was substandard. It was the nicest location and the most poorly run hostel I have stayed in.

Wifi should not cost 10 pounds for 24hrs (that you CAN'T log out of). That was ridiculous. Breakfast was good. The people working there are lovely and helpful. Very safe and secure. VERY comfortable beds. The hostel is in the financial district so there's not much around, but it's very easy to buy food or tubebus it to somewhere with more going on. Overall great. Would not stay at a different hostel. x

On our floor, all of the bathrooms were either not flushing properly, out of order or the light didn't work. On three of our four nights, we had to use the restroom facilities one floor down. One shower I used flooded the floor. Otherwise, everything was great.

Scruffy. No window blinds in girls dorm. No way to change discreetly. Beds way too close. No lock provided for "lockers" Spent the night with a half troll half pneumatic drill snoring right at me head to head. Had to rotate in 3 decker bunkended up with gymshoe smell permeating fromabove, being kicked from below. Carpets were skanky, sinks unclean. Toilets were small and dingy. Drinking water fountain didn't work.
