Mario and Gabriele checked us in. Very warm and hospitable couple. Place is highly recommended as it is close to Piazza San Marco. Directions were very clear. Very nice place overall.

Very suitable location to stroll through the most significant culture points of Venice. Excellent help and support in the situation of the 2 decades highest tide on Monday, 1 of December, useful hints and recommendations, explanations. Good priceperformance ratio. Peter Moritz
