The friendly guesthouse at Loppa Island welcomes travellers from all over the world! Loppa is a unique recreation and activity destination, located in the Northernmost part of Norway out towards the open sea. The island gave the borough its name as it was one of the most important trading posts in Finnmark, and thus the centre of the borough. There are white sandy beaches, steep nesting cliffs (now a nature reserve), green medows and a slate quarry. Great terrain for hiking, fishing, diving, going on bikerides and on photo-expeditions. On sunny days you can enjoy sunbathing on the beach and even going swimming in the sea. Lopphavet Guesthouse has eight self contained appartments with kitchens and baths, plus commual livingrooms. The standard is simple but very comfortable. Season: 15.May - 15.Sept.
