We booked this hostel online through Hostel World, received confirmation of the booking, paid the deposit, arrived at the hostel to find it was closed so we called their 24 hour number to be advised they were closed for the weekend and re-opening Monday (even though it confirmed our booking), leaving us stranded with nowhere to stay.

The hotel was nice and clean. We were recommended to have dinner to a little restaurant around the corner, and we had the most beautiful food. A very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful rooms, great location, (a quick walk to the old town) and very helpful staff. The directions to the place are completly rubbish, but that didn't retract from a very comfortable stay, and I would definently reccommend this hotel.

Very helpful staff and very good value for money. Spotless rooms and close to the underground. The channel changing function did not function on the remote control, but this was not a major point of contention for us. The staff did, however, forget to deduct the hostelworld deposit from the bill on checkout.

A very nice, quaint hotel. Great for the money. The guy at reception is very nice and speaks great English. Prices are just a little more than a hostel, but totally worth the privacy, cleanliness, security, and private bath. The only issue is minor: the location is a little sketchy, but really not too bad at all. You must take an U-Bahn, or else it is a bit of a walk. The stop is about 1.5 blocks from the hotel, so it's overall an easy trip if you don't try to walk it. Highly recomm

I saw mice in the Kitchen, otherwise a great place

The hostel is pretty much a hotel. It was very secure and in a quiet neighbor hood. It was located in an expat part of town though and to walk to the old town took about 15 minutes, but that was not a big deal. Not much character, but it is a cheap option, in a quiet neighboor hood that offered a good bed to sleep in. Would stay again if just looking for a bed, though not a great option if you are looking to meet anyone.
