We reserve in Rosedene hotel Victory and they sent us to another Hotel in the same street. The very small room. The tiny bath and the cleanliness very badly. The beds did not do the stay in the hotel

"You can leave if you want" That's what the stuff told me when I complained of NO HOT WATER.I'm confused but that's the way you English gentlemen were?Every single international tourist,NEVER EVER be stupid enough to think that you could stand such a disaster!Trust me I'm serious.I also suggest Hostel World consider canceling this worst hostel in case other people's being fooled!

No hot water the fisrt day and it was really cold outside so the water was more than cold and the second day, after the "reparation" of the hot water it was still cold no that cold but cold ... So it's a good place if you don't take shower or if it's summer and really hot outside...

Only stayed one night, was in London for New Years Eve and needed somewhere to crash. Room is advertised as ensuite, has a shower and sink but no toilet in the room.

We got changed to another hotel on the block as the Rosedene was full. We never did get a couble bed, but the staff looked at several rooms to try. We went without hot water for the first couple days, then when we asked the staff seemed surprised that we hadn't complained sooner. We didn't understand the boiler system and learned we had to ask. Partially our misunderstanding of another country's system. So do always ask right away for hot water!!!!! London was really fun.

The cleanliness was deficient in the room and also in the shared bathroom and the blankets and matresses in the room were so old I could say my grandma used them during the second world war.
