Really cool neighbourhood and a fun place to stay with lovely staff and nice guests! Really enjoyed it there.

i had my camera stolen on the 2nd day which may have been a one off but i heard that people had bags stolen a few days before so securitycould be improved

The best location! You are near the metro, near the sights, next to bar, restaurants and Cierro San Cristobal. Really great place to stay if you want to get to know the traditional sites of Santiago. The staff I had was not local so not a lot of help in giving advice, the place is cool. I recommend!

Firtsly when I checked in the person didnt tell me anythign about the hostel. Most of the staff didnt really know anythign and were quite disorganised (I had 3 different beds in the 3 nights I slept there). The duvets they give you are dirty. The air circulation in the dorms is really bad, especially if you get a dorm that has no windows!!!
