The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and warm. The bathroom was really clean and serviceable, although a bit of a walk from some of the rooms. It's quite close to the train station and walking distance to everything in the best touristy part of Newcastle. Quite a few easy places to eat nearby.

Great place to stay. The room was small, but it was comfortable. The window lets out a lot of heat and lets in a lot of noise, but we slept fine. The extra charge for the hot breakfast is well worth it.

A group of us enjoyed staying at your hostel, it was a perfect location and at a great price, would definitly recommend to others :)

The location and information on how to find the place was excellent. The staff were particularly good, friendly, and did all our washing for only 6 pounds. I would really recommend it.
