The heat didn't work in our room on a pretty cold night! make any problems known IMMEDIATELY bc once it's too late, it's too late...and you won't get your money back. I LOVED the location. Amazing! From the S side of Cemberlitas stop, its half-way down the block on the left side from a 'we sell everything' store on the corner. Many ppl we asked didn't know it's location. It's definitely a 'not an obvious location'.

For the price, this place is excellent. The location is incredible. Also, they have a travel agent on site who is fantastic. I had a group of 8 family members over New Years and while we went to most of the places ourselves, for the river cruise and shows, he provided us with the very best price. Also, the staff was helpful in getting our transport to the airport and even discounts for a Turkish Bath.

Staff are always very kind and pleasant and helpful. Very approachable. But the showers were a bit basic

First I d like to mention that this hotel has no respect to its customers.Even we had booking they told us on arrival that previous visitors had extended their stay so they cannot offer us a room. They offered us to stay in another hostel, which is acceptable, however they refused to pay our deposit back. Why? because it is us who considered to stay in an other hotel. Hah! Great staff and great manager. I d advise you to keep another booking in hand if you really want to stay in here. goodluck!

Clean, friendly, centrally located. A great place to stay. They will even help you book travel elsewhere in Turkey at a better price than any other travel agency. Highly recommended.
