well located. Room was tiny, but no problem as it was only a base for sightseeing. Breakfast was very reasonable.

Rooms are ok, but the breakfast is very poor u_u Excellent location, 5min from the victoria railway, 10min from the buckingham palace, 10min from westminster abbey which is really great for the price we paid. But it seems that there is new rates and they're too expensive! Ciao

I would not go back to this place. Although it was cheap (I guess you get what you pay for) it was very unclean. Found hair on the bed, chipping paint, bathroom not even on our floor... spend a few extra pounds and stay elsewhere.
