The hostel was absolutely neat and good. Its more closer to Interlaken West rail station. The staffs knew English and were very co-operative and helpful.

It is an excellent hostelhotel with good services and breakfast. The price is reasonable and relatively cheap when compared with other hostelhotel in Switzerland.

Very beautiful and quiet place. We especially love the warm hospitality of the staffs. Breakfast was plenty and delicious!

Staff there are really helpful and nice.
the breakfast is excellent!
and they even gave me the room with bathroom included which i booked share one only.
surely will go again next year

Be warned! The beds are so comfortable! The only way we could get out of them was the thought of the delicious breakfast waiting for us!

we loved staying at the Hirschen hotel Staff were so friendly made us feel very welcome and at home with delicious meals and the location was very handy to everything we thoroughly recommend a stay at this hotel.
