They were renovating when we arrived and neglected to tell us. So they moved us to another hotel and upgraded us, which was nice, but then they downgraded us the next night and made us move again. Alot of waiting around and moving that we really could've done without (only had 48 hours in Saigon and could've spent that wasted time better). Other than that, rooms are very nice in a great location.

I booked about 6 months ago and since then the price has gone up from $18US to $25US per night. This far exceeds the inflation rate, even of Vietnam! I was going to recommend them to friends but with the massive increase in price I may no longer. I was glad I only had to pay the $18. In context, you can get a 3 day tour of the Mekong for $33US including transport and accommodation.

Very nice guesthouse.Clean rooms.Great staff.If we go again to Saigon Honghan is the place where we want to sleep.:)

A fab hotel. Basic but comfy with all that we needed including a well set up tv to deal with out jetlag, and free broadband to plan our trip. The staff were excellent, on the ball, super friendly and helpful. We went back for our last night in Vietnam, we hadn't booked and they were full, but the lovely man remembered us, found and transported us to a place around the corner. Would def stay there again!

Excellent guesthouse with a very nice staff who always want to help you.They also booked a trip to Delta Mekong for us.The guesthouse is very well located near many restaurants,markets. We enjoyed our stay !

The guy there was very helpful. Provided us with directions to places, and even helped us buy train ticket and book tour. Breakfast was nice, though menu the same. fan working, but aircon seems not working sometimes. but rather cool at night. so no issue..
