A huge cockroach, really helpful staff but a bit of a dodgy part of town. Noisy at night.

if your looking for a cheap place to stay this will do but you might try someplace else as well. The staff was very nice and were helpful in finding attractions. Do not count on a breakfast if you go in tourist off season. It was 5 blocks uphill to the nearest metro station.

I stayed here 2 different times during my visit to Greece. For 2 nights the first time and 3 nights the second time. I found this place to be quite nice for the price. Being a hostel I do not expect as much as a hotel, thereby making this place a nice place to stay. Close to the major sites , in fact I walked to them, being the Acropolis, Agora, etc. etc. The staff was nice and helpful. It's in a sketchy part of town, a lot of prostitutes abd drug dealers. In the off season there's no bar and there's no breakfast. It is strange that there is no sink by the bathrooms only in the rooms... But staff is very helpful and people are very nice!

hostel located on busy intersection so is noisy.Rooms have no power points in them and the bar seems to only open when it suits them and thats not every day.Not in best area in town.
