great location, everything we wanted to see was nearby, the staff is very friendly and they speak portuguese. the room was huge, clean and confortable, the bathroom was really clean and the shower was great. and wi-fi was free.

this hostel has the quality and the standard more of a hotel than rather a hostel......I was so impressed, very well organized and met a lot of really nice people. Highly recommanded!!!!

Fabulous hostel, cleanliness is at the top, the staff is wellcoming and helpfull. The rooms are just fine, they have a modern elevetor which is very important since in florence a lot of buildings are old and some of them they don't have elevator.

First af all just make me say that this is one of my best hostel I've ever been. A great location, close to the train station and the uffizzi gallery and accademia. About the staff I can just say that Veronika, she is so sweet and the way she cares about her guest goes above and beyonde, well done and we'll come back again here!!!

hostel Veronique was fabulous, they made our stay memorable. It is located in the best part of the town near all the major attraction (5min. walking distance to eveything). Our room was beautiful, cleaned every day and the bathrooms were spacious and had hair-dryer which was very usefull in this time of year.

Absolutely great location and Veronika is fantastic. This is the right place to feel the atmosphere of Florence. You are in the down town (the historical part of the city). This hostel was one of my best choices I could've done and I'm very happy for that, THANKS again for everything!!!!!

this hostel was what we were looking for, a quite room, good located near all the main attraction, clean with large bathrooms. Never had any kind of a problem so don't hesitate just book......

We stayed here becouse of the reviews. We booked a private room. For Florence, it was very inexpensive, the location was great, and it was basically like a hotel. The bed was made every day by the maid, there was a TV, a safe in the room. We shared the bathroom with the floor, but never experienced a wait for it. Overall, it was very comfortable and the value was excellent.
