this hotel was great. really close to the train station, great room and really nice staff. the only thing that i didn't like too much was the shower because it was very small.

Pisa is small and this place is at the right spot for seeing all sights and to catch train to next city.Shower cabin is very small, so if you are taller than 190cm or have more than 100kg you will not fit.Heating during winter is ok in this hotel and we had warm floor because of some pipes underneath it, so it seems - that was great.Sound isolation as almost everywhere in Italy is terrible.

heater stopped working in december, night receptionist guy can be sort of hostile.
