No internet in the room. Although they provide cabe in ground floor, don't have three pins socket for laptop.

Staff lack english and finding the hotel is difficult. Exit the central exit and turn left. You'll find a map outside with the hotel's location. Beware that from the street you'll come in on that the hotel's english name is not used.

Great location next to Kobe JR station and the Harbourland. Not so good for Shin Kobe station though, and a few stops on the subway into Sannomiya (downtown area). Still a decent enough hotel. Clean and comfortable, but a bit tatty and very poor value for money at 40GBP each a night for a triple room with a camp bed rammed into the corner of a double room.

Convenient to Kobe JR station and also to Harbourland. As far as the room goes, standard hotel room, nothing to get too excited about but it was clean. The staff DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH so be prepared for this. We also had requested a non-smoking room (by email weeks in advance) but they still put us in a smoking room. hhhmmmm..... Anyway, if you're gonna be out all day long then this place is convenient to just come back to and crash in.
