no English speaking staff.
the restaurant staff was very rude. Though providing so call buffet bfast, but making rude comment in front of us and took away our plate without asking our permission.

This was a basic hotel and was in the red light district but was very safe, the staff were very accomodating and it was a street away from the main station. I would definately stay here again if I came to Frankfurt

The most important things for me:
1. Good location. 5 min from train station so no need to drag ur bags throught half of the town
2. Quiet nights no outside noice going into rooms as they are facing away from the road.
3. Everything was very clean: rooms, bathroom and more important bed linen.
