They put extra charge for almost everything; guest kitchen, internet, luggage room. They should've mentioned it in hostelworld sites, at least for the guest kitchen. The two guys who in charge for the reception, took turn to be in front of the only komputer there, almost all day. Once, I asked to use the computer and he said he's using it as if he had a paper due in the next morning. It's really annoying. The good thing is it's very centered and near Firenze SMN train station.

The ubication of the hostel is excellent, right next to the main train station. The owner is very helpfull, the rooms are big and the bed are really nice. The bad thing is that you find out in the same hostel and not in the web page, that they charge 3 euros for using the kitchen!! (and only to use betewen 8-10 am; 13-14 pm; 20-23 pm), 2 euros for the lugagge store, and the lock out start early at 10 am till 13 pm.

The hostel itself was lovely, hard to find but clean and cute... but the man working (and I think the owner) WAS THE RUDEST LEAST ACCOMODATING PERSON Ive ever encountered in a hostel. He made us feel like we were in a prison!!!!

Cuando llegue al hostal tuve que llamarlos por telefono porque no habia nadie para hacer el check in, igual al hacer el check out. Mala atencion del personal. Por lo demas muy buena ubicacion cerca de la estacion de trenes y a 10 minutos de los principales atractivos turisticos. Relacion precio-calidad de la habitacion aceptable.

Giuseppe is a really nice guy, very convenience for eating and near S.Maria station. You cam enjoy a good shower after whole day travel.

Great place to stay, not to far from the main attractions, lacked "fun" but thats was due to the time of year i guess.

very cold place, the heating system will stop in the midnight, I'm almost freezing in the morning. also it's a very noisy place to stay in, remember to use ear plugs if your room is near the street...u need pay extra money for internet or deposite the luggage. what makes me most unbearable is the hotwater will be cut off when I'm taking the shower!!

it was a cold room and the staff was unfriendly. Location was great, very near to the railwaystation. It was unbelievable that you would have to pay extra 3 euros per person to use the kitchen, 2 euros for luggage storage and 2 euros per person for internet.

It's a good place for sleep. Feel comfortable, and the owner couple are very kind. Clean room and good shower.
