I have had a nice stay, but I spent 2 days without hot water, maybe because I was the last to have a showe and it is winter time, but it is not excuse, the hot water should be working 24 hours. a bit dissapointed because it was my last weekend in Portugal.

the location is great. rooms are extremely clean. staff very friendly and helpful.... the only problem is that the walls are too thin. we could hear people talking in the room beside us. but generally we liked it :)

Great pleace in Lisbon. Rooms, kitchen etc.. are very clean. Very goog location. Staff is nice and helpful.
