Great place to stay, very friendly hosts. Really clean, and easy to walk to train station or to the centre.

A very clean and comfortbale little guesthouse. The rooms were very spacious with large windows, coomfortable beds and were spotlessly clean. The sharded showers were also exceptionally clean and well kept. Its about a 5 minute walk from the train station and 10 minute walk to the centre of town. A real little gem in our travels!

Antonio was very nice. Huge and clean room. Watch out for mosquitoes. Very close to train station. Same building as Montreal Hostel. Common area with TV so can meet others.
Don't go to the restaurantbar (with the slot machines) at the corner of the street - They scam tourists.

Excellent place to stay, welcoming environment, not terribly difficult to find. Owners speak limited English, but the barrier did not pose much of a problem. Very friendly.

I read the reviews for Mary's house expecting the host to be very friendly, but they ended up being the worst host ever. They yelled at us, and they were very rude. All they cared about was ripping us off and taking our money, so I felt very unsafe there. I asked for a refund for the 2nd night because they were so rude, and Mary agreed to it, but the next morning, her husband said that we could not get our refund. Exactly what I was looking for: a clean, safe, place to sleep that is close to the center. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
