The staff is very helpful and the common areas are pretty nice. The room was small but with very very comfortable beds, which is everything one needs in a hostel. The location is awesome.

We had booked a 4-bed dorm but only got 4 spots in a 8-bed dorm; linen was missing at one bed and staff was not willing to replace, towels for rent. Only 2 bathrooms. All in all, nice place but servicer could be better.

Nice place and staff altough it was difficult to find the street. NObody in the neighbourhood knew it. BUt still it was a good place to stay

The location is fantastic. Those working in the hostel is very nice and helpful. Emphasis to Felipe and Carolina that helped us greatly in our stay in Santiago.

It's a very nice place manager by very nice people that are always ready to help you. A good breakfest...good bed...secure...clean and a great location in Providencia, a calm neighbourhood, near Metro Satation Manuel Montt, that take you any where in Santiago. It worth wath you pay. I really recomend !
