The hotel was perfectly situated for the historic centre, Port wine and retail areas of Porto, although there was a distinct lack of restaurants in the local area.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are not quite as pictured, and there did not appear to be any access to the balcony area shown in the pictures.
Overall very happy considering the low price; a much better deal than the ubiquitous cheap hotel chains you find all over the place.

Super friendly, super helpful staff. We were blown away with the quality of the rooms as we expected less for the price. Central location, highly recommended for people wanting to do it on the cheap without having to stay in a dive...

lovey characteristic hotel. only negative point would be the heater unit in the bathroom which is unsafe (loose wire near water source)

Breakfast was great, the cleanliness rating refers to the washroom which had a slow running shower drain and could have used more attention when it was cleaned.
