Beautiful, clean, spacious & social guesthouse. Joao is a wonderful host!! - knows all there is to know about Peniche and can always be found at his kite & surf shopbar right on the beach offering lessons & rentals. He even helped us BBQ up a feast on the patio. Peniche Beach House is the perfect choice for a relaxing weekend on the coast.

The room we stayed in was advertised as "my best room" and cost 50 euro pn (usually 70 euro). For "the best" it was rough, torn bedding and two blinds missing from the windows making it impossible to sleep. Could be better and cleaner as the fridge was packed full of leftover foods and was absolutely filthy. Need better directions as it is hard to find, we arrived at night and spent an hour looking for it. On the plus side the owners are lovely people and spoke very good english.
