Very nice hotel in a beautiful little town. Good restaurants nearby and a very good breakfast. An easy 10 minute walk to the river from here. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Very nice Rooms, clean and big. Nice Bathrooms with hot Wather.
Staffs very friendly and all speaking good englisch.

Two of the guys there were really nice, but others were not. They had a really offensive sale strategy. they brought us directly to their tailor shop... later they wanted to sell us a massage.. and insitet too much.

This is a great place. The staff is extra friendly and the breakfast is quite good. Pancakes and eggs made to order plus breads and fruit. The location is a bit out of old town, but hoi an is tiny so that's fine. Even better, it is on a little street loaded with some of the cheapest gourmet restaurants I've ever eaten in. I recommend Cafe 43 and Mr Hung across the street. Definitely stay here!

Pretty cool hotel. Staff willingly provides good information and are always smiling and in gd spirits.
A very good restaurant (Laugh Cafe) right outside the hotel serving spectacular local , a definite must try!!!
