Great place to come! Good atmosphere, great night life. The rooms are simple and clean. The staff are fun and willing to help. I would suggest this hostel to anyone.

the people at the front desk where very helpful and full of suggestions for dinner, bars, etc. i would recommend it to anyone

Aunque es un poco viejo, esta bastante bien, ya que la localizacion es excelente. El desayuno es en el bar de abajo.

Staff was RUDE and lazy. Room was dirty- we dropped a pill and couldn't find it in the dust bunnies. Location is good. Breakfast is at a bar near by and doesn't open until after 10am on weekends. Wouldn't stay here again.

the staff is not good. Make sure you ask for breakfast other wise they wont tell you about it. Dont expect washer or computers. I would not stay here again.

There was no breakfast in the hostel, but you get a voucher to have a coffee (or thee) and a croissant in a nearby cafe. That's hardly enough if you are hungry in the morning. But apart from that, it's a great hostel, in the historical centre of Florence. I really enjoyed me stay there.
