Good location, right near a bus stop. Walking distance to everything. I loved the owner, he was really helpful and polite.

Our original room smelled like cigarettes but they were very willing to change our room to one that smelled of very strong air freshener. There were lots of stairs to our room (36 to be exact) so make a special request if stairs are difficult for you. Breakfast was very good and it was only a 10 minute walk to Cork city center.

Great breakfasts, fine ,helpful staff and a good location.Quite a lot of staircase so not so good for elderly or infirm.

the staff very pleasant. Uncomfortable to raise the luggage. I didn't see lift. I think there isn't. Good Irish breakfast and parking
