Kitchen could be cleaner, and be bigger, it was always full. My food got stolen and staff were really unsympathetic and tried to rush us out of the kitchen after i had to go and re-buy my food. Facilities aren't really big enough for the amount of people that stay there. Good for the location.

Great location off George Street can walk to everything.Staff friendly, travel desk a plus and you get a discount with a YHA card! Cafeteria, bar, and internet are convenient. It could use some improvement on the cleanliness, my room smelled slightly of body odor most of the time and the windows don't open to let in fresh air.

Location is brilliant! Facilities are also very very good. Best hostel kitchen I've seen in Australia! It's very nice, very clean and they will give you lots of helpful information. The bar is excellent and it's so easy to meet new people! Loved this hostel!

really exceptional facilities, spotlessly clean and a nice location. much more expensive than some others but if money is no object then this is easily the best place to stay

Great location and the place has everything you want. great kitchen there. only problem was the staff some of them are not the nicest people. but i would stay there again.
