They have told me that they had to cancell my reservation with no reason, but they don't refund the deposit.

A particular staff member was so friendly that he ended up joining the partying and ended up face down in the office.
Bathrooms very messy over new years period.
Very fun and friendly atmosphere.
Location good walkable distance to city centre.

the staff were rude and unhelpful and unproffesional - they dont take your passport details and have no clue who is staying there! The main area was very social with a tv and pool table, but thats all that it really had going for it! The bathrooms were gross - it was nye but it was still really disgusting with broken doors etc. but the rooms were clean besides the fact that we had to ask for new sheets when we arrived. if its your only choice its fine, but there are better.

No toilet paper for 3 out of 4 days of my stay, no cleaning staff, unavailable reception, zero noise control.

The facilities such as kitchen, lounge and bathroom were clean, adequate and functional. No lockers but felt secure as hostel used a key card system. Not the cosiest place, but can't grumble for the price and location :) over all i enjoyed my stay.
