This is more a hotel than a hostel actually (although it comes at the price of a hostel...)
Breakfast in the morning is limited to toast with condiments, but this is better than I had in most other Australia hostels.
Staff is not very friendly, just helpful and polite. But again, this is more a hotel than a hostel.
Kitchen is very limited (only a microwave, almost no cutlery)
I would nevertheless absolutely recommend this hostel.

There were no kitchen facilities in which to cook a meal, only a fridge, toaster, microwave. The ladies room was sometimes devoid of toilet paper or soap and there was only two women's showers on the 3rd floor. The staff weren't very friendly to speak with or helpful in regards to places to eat at. The only redeeming qualities was the hostel's location to the CBD and the cleanliness of the bedrooms...

I felt like backpackers were kind of an after thought here... good for sleeping in, and nice hotel but more for business and families I think.

Great Location, quiet place to stay. Dorms have 4 beds (no bunks!). Would be good place to stay with a group of friends. Great value for money.
