I thought the staff was helpful and the atmopshere fun and engaging. There is a bar too! The only thing that sucked was that the shower temperature would go from really hot to really cold all the time.

Its a great hostel and the location is excellent *5 minute walk from the station* There are security lockers, the staff are friendly and actually like their jobs which makes a difference and they have really nice ham and cheese toasties for 2euro when ur broke as Amsterdam food is generally a rip off. And no I dont work there haha, this is just a great review coz I know how hard it is to find a good hostel sometimes. Have fun everyone and smoke it up!!! Chris from Australia

The hostel was ok, although it felt more like renting a bed somewhere than being in a hostel! not a very hostel type of environement..

The showers weren't the cleanest. The location made up for everything, right near the red light district and coffee shops. Lots of steep stairs!

This hostel is a decent place to rest your head while visiting amsterdam. the rooms are basic but fairly clean, and the staff are very nice and helpful. It's right in the middle of all the bars and coffeeshops, so on the weekends it's a rowdy place, but if you like that sort of thing, this place is the place to be. I would stay there again.
