At night this area is vibrant with bars, clubs and restaurants. It is a 20-minute walk to the Kremlin and other historic landmarks.From the various train stations it is within easy access via taxi off the Garden Ring or via Metro ( Tsvetnoi Bulvar Metro). The metro is 5 minutes walk away from the hostel.
