There are two separated parts of the apartment available,but both guarantee a privacy for its quests. Both parts have an own security locking which guarantees to the quests an absolute security as well.Both parts are suitable for 2 people and contain the following: a spacious room (around 30 square meters) with 2 separate beds (twin rooms) and big and one big fold-out sofa and a bathroom with a toilet. In case that 3rd person stays in a room additional fee 15 EUR is charged.Both rooms offer you TVs with more than 50 channels. Towels and bed linen are available free of charge. The apartment offers you also a spacious kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove and all utensils you can need. The apartment is non smoking. Pets not accepted.It is situated on 1st floor (not groundfloor) without lift.Parking: Parking is available directly in front of the apartment.Check- in time: after 14.00Check-out time: before 11.00City tax from accomodation is not included in the price. It is 1.70 EUR per person per night.
