Welcome to Arrowrock Lodge your Home away from Home Arrowrock Lodge stands beside beautiful Lough Arrow, just 25km south of Sligo Town.Lough Arrow is an area renowned for its great fishing lakes and the highest density of megalithic tombs in Europe. Arrowrock Lodge was originally a small rural hotel, we converted it to a hostel in 2009. We offer luxury hostel accommodation in a warm and friendly atmosphere were you can relax in our cosy lounge areas with open fire. Cook a meal in our large well equipped kitchen, then retreat to the dining room and enjoy the breathtaking views over Lough Arrow. We are within easy reach of world famous Heritage sites such as Carrowkeel Megalithic Tombs, Carrowmore Ancient Burial Site, and the cliffs of Slieve League in Donegal, which are the highest sea cliffs in Europe with spectacular views of the Atlantic coast. Take in the world-famous Marble Arch Caves located in an UNESCO Geopark and less than 1hr from Arrowrock Lodge.There are many other nearby attractions such as Zipit Lines in Lough Key Forest Park, Eagles Flying Centre, The Underground Arigna Coal Mine Tour, World Famous Strandhill & Bundoran Surf Beaches and the many other sightseeing locations in this rural part of Ireland.Visit our own web site for more details. Roscommon at either the Train Station or Bus Stop (next to the Boyle Tourist Office). Collection is available afternoons only but you must phone or email the day before to arrange pick up.
