The ground floor is a spacious living room and adjacent open kitchen. The living part is equipped with furniture and satellite TV. Wi-Fi is available.The outdoor area: There is a small flower garden with a paved yard in front of the house. Tables and benches invite our guests to relax after a long journey. Near our party room there is a barbecue place with extra outdoor seats.The kitchen has electric and gas oven, fridge, dish washer, washing machine, table ware for 30 persons and all cooking utensils.On 2nd floor are four bedrooms equipped with 2 beds each, wardrobe, table and two chairs. Two rooms have own shower/toilet. The other two rooms share one bathroom. Beds for children can be added.The basement offers a special party room for our guests.3rd floor is the hostel area with 2 rooms 8 beds in each. Each room has its own lockable wardrobes and own storage compartment.
