We can accommodate groups of up to 28 people. Facilities include a well laid-out kitchen, a spacious lounge with wide-screen TV and dining room as well as a laundry. There is free tea and coffee, Wi-Fi and free loan of board games, books and footballs/ basketballs.The gardens are full of mature trees and are a haven for a wide range of bird life as well as having plenty of grass to kick a ball or play basketball. We have donkeys, chickens, pet rabbits and guinea pigs as well as a well-behaved golden lab Buddy and his arch enemy Holly, the cat. No animals are allowed in the house.
