We offer complete independence to go and enjoy the city. When making a booking you will pay just a 10% deposit and then pay the rest on arrival. We will explain you the rules and services we provide and you will get your own set of keys. The residential apartments are located in a top floor (3rd or 4th floor) of a residence building with no lift, so walking up several flights of stairs is required. They also feature full cooking facilities and a shared bathroom. These are perfect for couples or two friends staying for several days or long weekends. Twin rooms offer low discounted rates as they feature a bunkbed in very small room and therefore are the most basic type of rooms we offer. Four bed ensuite private studios are ideally suited for 4 people groups. The rooms have a small designer bathroom and kitchen, they may have double beds and double sofa beds. The apartment is on the district of Barceloneta, sea side. By renting accommodation in a residential building you agree to follow the rules of the community.Opening hours:11:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m.Under special circumstances, we will make arrangements for late check ins by appointment only, and they must be arranged before closing time.
